The Data We Collect

In general, you can browse the Site without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. However, we collect your computer’s or mobile device’s IP address, which you necessarily disclose when you visit the Site, so that data (such as the web pages you request) can be sent to your computer or device. Use of the Data We Collect

We use personal information to provide and improve our products and services, including the Site, for purposes in our legitimate interests and for compliance with applicable laws.

We will respond to reasonable requests within the time limits established by applicable law or within a reasonable time if no time limit is established by applicable law. For your protection, we may ask you for additional information to verify your identity. Hollstadt reserves the right, however, to limit or deny your request to the extent permitted by applicable law if: (a) the disclosure may be a threat to the personal safety, property, or rights of any other person or organization; (b) the disclosure may lead to a violation of applicable laws or regulations; or (c) where you have failed to provide sufficient evidence to verify your identity. We will not delete personal information if that personal information is necessary to preserve a legal right or fulfill a legal obligation.
