What is your hiring process like?

Our hiring process is thorough but that is because we want to make sure that we get to know you and what you want to do!

It starts with a phone conversation to understand your background and where you want to go with your career. If we mutually feel like it is a good fit, we would then set up a video interview to meet with the FEL team face to face. We want to get to know your goals, strengths and weaknesses. Where do you want to be in 5 years? Or 10? The more we know about you, the easier it will be for us to find you that perfect fit.
